Our roll classes concentrate on the basic techniques that lead to a strong
and confident roll. We start with a foundation of body position and develop
muscle memory. Rolls practiced will work in either whitewater or ocean
environments. A 1:2 instructor to student ratio assures students plenty of
individual attention. This three session class is held in a heated pool with
all equipment provided.
